The proprietor legal form is changed in august, 2005 and the establishment has pass on to the legal heirs of the proprietor. Ibrahim Khudabakhsh & Sons LLC has taken over all the assets and liabilities of Ibrahim Khudabakhsh Trading stores as on January,2006 and registered as a Limited Liability Company in the Sultanate of Oman under the Commercial companies law of Oman. During this time the company made very good reputation in the market, and solid relation with local market of Oman as well as UAE. The moral values and our skill are admired well in our local society.
