Reem Finance P.J.S.C. (the "Organization") is a private business entity consolidated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, as per the procurements of the U.A.E. Government Commercial Companies Law No. 8 of 1984, (as changed), the U.A.E. National Bank, the Monetary System and Organization of Banking Law No. (10) of 1980 and under power of resolutions of the Board of Directors of the U.A.E Central Bank identifying with Finance Companies. Reem Finance P.J.S.C. is situated in Abu Dhabi and is authorized and managed by the UAE Central Bank, with a paid up capital base of AED 400 million. The organization was fused on fifteenth March 2007 and has its enrolled workplaces at Al Bateen Tower C5, Al Bateen Street, Abu Dhabi.
